Liverpool manager, Jurgen Klopp has been awarded the best men’s coach for 2020 at the Best FIFA awards.
The German gaffer beat Leeds boss Marcelo Bielsa and Bayern Munich’s Hansi Flick, to clinch the award for a second successive season.
Having won the 2018-2019 Champions League triumph, Klopp led his Anfield squad to their first-ever Premier League trophy in the 2019-20 season, breaking a 30-year jinx.
Klopp gave credit to his coaching team, saying: “I have to thank these boys. What we did in the last few years was really special.”
On the Premier League title, the German added: “I had no idea how it would feel and it felt absolutely overwhelming.” [Sky Sports]
