A Kaduna State House of Assembly representing the Lere Federal Constituency at the House of Representative, Suleiman Aliyu, has been reported dead.
He passed away after a brief illness.
The PUNCH reports that Aliyu died at about 12 noon on Tuesday at the Barau Dikko Specialists Hospital in the metropolis.
The deceased was 53 years of age.
As of the time of filing this report, the cause of the death had yet to be known, but the lawmaker was said to have died after a brief illness.
