JUST IN: Court fires Ebonyi PDP chair Tochukwu Okorie
Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has sacked Tochukwu Okorie as the Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party in Ebonyi.
Politics Nigeria reported that the ruling was delivered by Justice A. Abubakar on Wednesday.
Subsequently, Justice Abubakar ruled that Joseph Onu Silas who came second during the PDP Chairmanship election that brought in Okorie will take over as the Chairman.
Silas was said to have sought redress in court and was granted all the four reliefs prayed.
