At least six football fans have died at the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations in a stampede that occurred moments host nation, Cameron faced Comoros for their Round of 16 clash on Monday.
AP reported that several people were injured and subsequently hospalised after the tragic incident at one of the entrances of the Olembe Stadium in Yaounde, Cameroon.
As of the time of filing this report, the number of those injured has not been disclosed.
