JUNGLE JUSTICE! Policemen ignore man being mobbed after he was caught stealing generator set in Lagos [Video]
A video has surfaced online showing a police patrol vehicle pass by a young man being mobbed by angry residents after he was caught allegedly stealing a generator set.
The incident reportedly happened this morning in Abule Egba area of Lagos State.
In the video, the person that did the recording which has now gone viral was elated upon sighting a police patrol van coming towards the scene of the mob action. She thought the police officers were going to intervein and take the suspected thief into custody.
She screamed in shock and disappointment when the police officers ignored the suspected thief and left his fate in the hands of the angry mob to decide.
The suspected thief was seen in the video being dragged to an unknown destination as the residents continue to beat him.
