TikTok sensation Elizabeth Aminata Amadou, popularly known as Jarvis, has taken legal action against digital skit creator and streamer Oderhohwo Joseph Efe, widely recognised as Carter Efe, over alleged defamatory comments directed at her online.
In a pre-litigation notice issued by her legal counsel, Omo-Richard Attorneys, dated May 14, 2026, and released publicly on Saturday, May 16, 2026, Jarvis accused the content creator of engaging in repeated acts of cyber harassment, bullying, and cyberstalking on several social media platforms, including TikTok and Twitch.
According to the legal representatives, Carter Efe allegedly made damaging and unverified claims about Jarvis during a recent livestream, portraying her as promiscuous and harming her professional image. The notice further referenced comments allegedly made during the recent visit of American content creator IShowSpeed to Nigeria, where the streamer was accused of insinuating that Jarvis traded personal favours in exchange for professional opportunities.
The legal team stated that the remarks were false and deliberately crafted to ridicule their client, inflict emotional distress, and negatively affect her brand relationships and commercial engagements.
As part of the demands outlined in the notice, Carter Efe has been given 14 days to publish a full retraction and tender an unreserved apology across all his social media platforms as well as in national newspapers.
