Maybe you are thinking running is only for kids at their inter house sport days or you think it should be left strictly to those hoping to be in the Olympics. You should have a rethink.

Don’t fancy cantering around for miles and miles?
Not an issue.

Researchers claimed that simply running for 60 minutes a week was the most effective exercise for extending your life. It doesn’t matter how far you or how fast you run, your risk of premature death gets cut by up to 40% once you start running.
