In-laws ask bride-to-be to clean makeup so they can see her natural face, man claims

A man has sparked a debate online after he claimed that a woman was asked by her prospective inlaws to wipe her makeup when her boyfriend took her to meet them for the first time.

According to the twitter user identified as @RealDonaldDoo, the lady’s prospective in-law said they wanted her to clean her makeup so they could see her natural beauty.

They even offered her wipes to clean her face but she blatantly refused.

He wrote:

“This guy carried his girlfriend to meet his family in Ibadan, his mother and sisters asked the girlfriend to wash her makeup so they can see her, she wasn’t cool with that, they offered her wipes or something she refused too.”
