Award-winning star, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has said he is now committed to staying faithful and will not cheat again.

Speaking during an interview on The Breakfast Club podcast, Davido admitted that his past mistakes and personal experiences have made him decide to stop cheating and avoid trouble.

“I’m not cheating again. I don’t want wahala. I don’t want any wahala,” he said.

Davido, who has five children with four women, explained that watching his uncles deal with the challenges of polygamy also influenced his decision. One of his uncles, who is a governor, has two wives, while another lives with all his wives under one roof.

“My uncle that’s a governor has two wives. Another of my uncles: all his wives lived with him, and they played with each other. But upon all the money, there’s still wahala,” he said.

“Maybe because I’ve had bad experiences. Sometimes experience is the best teacher.”

Davido’s children include Aurora Imade Adeleke, age 9, whose mother is Sophia Momodu. Hailey Veronica Adeleke, age 7, was born by Amanda. He also has twins who were born in October 2023 with his wife, Chioma Rowland. Another child, Dawson, was born by Larissa London, though his birth and age details are not publicly known.

Over the years, Davido has been involved in different cheating scandals. In June 2023, an Australian model, Anita Brown, accused him of getting her pregnant and pressuring her to end the pregnancy. She shared private chats and videos as proof.

In April 2024, another woman, Bonita Maria, posted a private photo of herself with Davido, claiming he never told her he was married. The post went viral and sparked fresh criticism.

Despite these controversies, Davido’s wife, Chioma Rowland, has remained by his side, often receiving mixed reactions from the public.
