Ikpeazu suspends CoS for spraying cash on Pastor Odumeje
Governor, Okezie Ikpeazu, has suspended his chief of staff, Anthony Agbazuere, after being filmed spraying naira notes on controversial Pastor, Chukwuemeka Odumeje.
Agbazuere’s suspension was contained in a press statement signed by the secretary to the state government, Chris Ezem on Sunday.
”Abia State Governor, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu, has directed the immediate suspension from office of the Chief of Staff to the Governor, Dr ACB Agbazuere,” the short statement read.
The suspension was announced a few hours after a video surfaced online showing Agbazuere spraying money in his office on Prophet Chukwuemeka Ohanaemere, popularly known as Odumeje.
The Onitsha-based clergyman is the leader of Mountain of Holy Ghost Intervention Deliverance Ministry.
He became popular in 2019 when he described himself as ‘the liquid metal’, ‘the war’, and ‘the indaboski pahose’ among others in viral videos in 2019.
Watch the video below:
The position of the Chief of Staff to the Governor should come with a high moral behavior that drives leadership interactions.
If I were to be the Governor of Abia state, Dr. A.B.C. Agbazuere would have lost this position the minute I see this video.
