Igboho: DSS withdraws application to revoke aides’ bail
The Department of State Service has withdrawn the application filed at the Federal High Court Abuja to revoke the bail of four out of 12 detained Sunday Igboho’s aides.
The DSS’ lawyer told the court, Tuesday, that the Service was appealing the bail at the Court of Appeal.
There is therefore a need to withdraw the application before the Federal High Court, the lawyer had said.
The court, thus, struck out the application.
