If you support #EndSARS, then #UnfollowBuhari, says Reno Omokri
A former aide to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri has urged all #EndSARS supporters to unfollow the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd) on Twitter.
Omokri made this know in a series of tweets while airing is disapproval for the new outfit named to replace the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS).
Recall that the Inspector-General of Police on Tuesday announced that SARS will be replaced with the Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) unit.
Reno has since joined a host of Nigerians to reject the announcement, calling it a mere name change.
“If you support #EndSARS, then #UnfollowBuhari General @MBuhari on Twitter. Unfollowing Buhari shows him and the world that Nigerians follow leaders, not brutes. A man who sent soldiers to beat peaceful protesters is a brute, not a leader.”

“You can’t make bitter-Kola sweet by changing its name to honey overnight, and you can’t change FSARS to angels by changing their name to SWAT overnight. After Saul repented, he went to the Arabian desert for 3 years,” he added.
