If musicians play skillfully in your church, you should pay them – Sonnie Badu tells pastors
Gospel musician and preacher, Sonnie Badu, while preaching, hit on the topic of whether or not instrumentalists in Church should be paid.
This is coming after a Pastor was in the news for saying any instrumentalist in the church who asks to be paid is a thief.
In a video posted by a colleague, friend and sound engineer Kaywa, Sonnie Badu expressed his opinion on this topic.
He said in the video, if musicians play skillfully in your church, then you should be put them on payroll.
He further went ahead to sight an example that when the musicians go to grocery shops, they can’t say they play in a church so they should be given free gas and drinks.
