Rapper Ice Prince, whose real name is Panshak Henry Zamani, has shared an update on his weight loss journey, revealing the lifestyle changes that helped him achieve his transformation.

The rapper posted on his social media pages, detailing the rigorous routine he followed, which included no sugar, no alcohol, wine or energy drinks, no soda, no noodles or pasta, no bread, and quitting smoking.

He also listed no seed or vegetable oil, daily morning and evening walks, daily workout exercise, celibacy, drinking water, homemade smoothie or coconut water, ginger tea, green tea or black coffee daily, OMAD four times a week, TWOMAD three times a week, and a diet of 50 per cent protein, 30 per cent veggies, and 20 per cent carbs.

His routine also includes a 10pm bedtime, six to seven hours of sleep, one hour of reading daily, and chewing gum while minding his business.

“I have never tried or had interest in trying any drug or substance or supplements ever in my whole life,” Ice Prince wrote, adding that his new album is out soon.

The rapper’s fitness journey was sparked by a conversation with music producer Chopstix, who encouraged him to lose weight and refresh his look for upcoming projects. Together, they established a routine that included daily hour-long walks around his estate after dinner.

Ice Prince officially debuted his slimmer appearance on social media in October 2025, expressing gratitude for his improved health and the support of his friends during the process. He clarified that the transformation was a deliberate lifestyle change rather than the result of any illness.
