Nigerian music legend, Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba, addressed his rumored relationship with Edo State lawmaker, Natasha Osawaru.
The revelation follows his recent divorce from actress Annie Idibia, sparking widespread speculation and heated debates online.
Rumours about 2Baba’s relationship with Osawaru had been swirling for weeks, especially after he was spotted at the Edo State House of Assembly.
The speculation intensified when a video surfaced showing the pair enjoying a night out at a Lagos club.
Amid mounting controversy, the
African Queen crooner took to Instagram on Tuesday to address the situation head-on.
In a video post captioned, “To Whom It May Kwansighn. #I don yarn my truth. Feel free to continue alleging. We shall all be alright,” 2Baba dismissed claims that Osawaru played any role in his separation from Annie.
“Hon. Natasha has been dragged, she has been called all sorts of names, she has been labelled a home breaker,” he said.
“She is a young, brilliant, amazing woman, and she had nothing to do with what happened between me and Annie.”
While setting the record straight, 2Baba did not shy away from expressing his affection for Osawaru.
“Yes, I love her. She is amazing, she is cool, I want to marry her,” he boldly declared, further fueling online conversations.
