A Nigerian man has revealed how he got an influx of love advances from men after using his wife’s photo as profile photo on his social media account.
The man identified as Mazi Damsel Ibe shared the hilarious story via his Twitter handle @i_pissvodka.
According to him, his Twitter Direct Message (DM) was inundated with messages from men who thought the account belonged to a woman.
He said he got more DMs than what he regularly gets with his real photo.
He shared screenshots of the DMs and wrote,
“I use my wife’s picture as Avi and I automatically become the most sought after.”
Another Twitter user who had similar experience also shared his story.
He wrote,
“When my wife said she want to join twitter, I first used her picture as my avi, after getting a lots of disturbing DMs (some even send dicks). I shaperly discouraged her not to join.”
