Nigerian singer Joshua Iniyezo, popularly known as Solidstar, has made a significant lifestyle change by giving up smoking and alcohol consumption.

The decision comes after a challenging period for the singer, who was previously seen in a disturbing video shared by his brother, Joseph, walking aimlessly on the street and appearing disheveled.

In a recent interview, Solidstar revealed that he is now in good health and has successfully overcome substance abuse. He stated, “I am very well and healthy now. I have been out of the hospital for four months now, but I am still taking my medication. I no longer smoke or take alcohol.”

Reflecting on his journey to recovery, Solidstar emphasized the importance of communication and admitted that his struggles with depression stemmed from keeping things to himself. He acknowledged that opening up and seeking support from friends, colleagues, fans, and family played a crucial role in his healing process.
