Eden Hazard, former Real Madrid and Chelsea midfielder, has claimed that he does not miss football after retiring at the age of 32.

The Belgium forward was once considered one of the best in the world, but his career has been plagued by injuries since he joined Real Madrid in 2019.

Hazard made just 76 appearances for Real Madrid in four seasons, scoring six goals and providing seven assists.

He was constantly hampered by injuries, and he never managed to reach the same heights that he did at Chelsea.

In October 2023, Hazard announced his retirement from football. He said that he was “ready to start a new chapter in my life” and that he was “looking forward to spending more time with my family and friends.”

At the 2023 Ballon d’Or award ceremony, Hazard was asked by the host, Didier Drogba, how his retirement is going.

I’m enjoying life, family and the kids. I can do what I want. It’s a perfect life. At the moment I don’t miss playing football,” Hazard responded.
