Stand-up comedian, Stanley Chibuna, popularly known as Funny Bone, has recounted the emotional torment he went through after losing his mum on the second anniversary of her death.

In an Instagram post on Sunday, the television personality disclosed that losing someone close to the heart invariably hits differently adding that words cannot express the pain that comes with the feeling.

Narrating his experience, the comic star said that he felt some goosebumps when he first received the news.

A heartbroken Funnybone stated that he still cries himself to sleep and unconsciously dials his mum’s phone number.

“Losing a loved one hits differently and words can’t express the pain that comes with the feeling. Just like yesterday, I remember the goosebumps I felt hours before I was told that you were gone. The moment I picked the call I knew deep down that you were gone.

“I still cry myself to sleep and unconsciously find myself dialing your number. I miss our occasional long calls. Our last conversation and the good things you said to me from your heart. You said I make you proud But you left just like that.

“2yrs today but the pain is still fresh and I can only pray for God to heal and console me. A lot of things no longer seem the same cause you are not here,” he wrote.
