Reality TV star Natacha Akide, popularly known as Tacha, has said she no longer considers love alone a sufficient reason to get married, stating that financial status is now a top priority in her choice of a life partner.
In an interview with Yanga FM Lagos, the former Big Brother Naija housemate, who describes herself as a millionaire, revealed that only a billionaire would meet her standards for marriage.
“I can’t marry just because of love. I’m looking for a billionaire. I’m a millionaire, so my potential husband should be richer than me. I’m certain I can’t marry for love. If I was before Big Brother Naija, maybe, it would have been an option. But right now, it’s a No,” she said.
The 2019 BBNaija alum, known for her bold personality and successful media career, added that marriage is not a priority at the moment. She explained that her current focus is on growing her professional brand and pursuing business ventures.
Tacha recently completed an ambitious Guinness World Record attempt for the most cosmetic makeovers by an individual in 24 hours during the maiden edition of her Tacha Beauty Festival in Lagos. She accomplished 145 makeovers, surpassing the previous record of 113.
She is now awaiting official confirmation from Guinness World Records regarding her feat.
