Activist identifies dismissed SARS officers as those who sent him to jail
A prison reform activist has accused recently dismissed Special Anti-Robbery Squad officers as the ones behind his four-year incarceration in Kirikiri prison.
Harrison Emefiele had in a Facebook post on Sunday identified the two dismissed officers as the ones who framed him in 2011 and 2012 for an offence he did not commit.
He said the dismissed officers were carrying out the orders of one Barr Mary Oyibocha Agbajoh, a former Special Adviser to Delta State Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan.

Emefiele said he was arrested and charged for Conspiracy Armed Robbery, Possession of Firearms and Attempt to Murder.
Wuzup Naija recalls that the Assistant Inspector General, Adamu Ibrahim, recently upheld the recommendation of police disciplinary body that recommended dismissal of the four policemen attached to Special Anti Robbery Squad Ikeja, Lagos.
The four policemen were charged to court on offences of Armed Robbery, Kidnapping, Unlawful detention, Intimidation and threatening violence after one Chukwudi Godwin Odionye submitted a petition against them on May 2, 2018.
Odionye stated that on the 4th of June 2017, he was in his house around Alagbado, when the four armed men stormed his house to effect his arrest on the allegation of performing ‘FAKE’ miracles.

He stated that after his arrest, he was taken to one hotel at Agege where he was detained and threatened to be killed if he fails to cooperate.
He explained further that on the following day, he was taken to the bank where he was made to transfer N7m to one of the operative’s account.
