A yet to be identified police officer was caught on camera punishing a commercial motorcyclist for dropping a passenger at a post office in Ilorin, Kwara State.
Reports said the victim’s motorcycle was seized by the police officer and when he tried pleading with the officer to release it, he was humiliated and ordered to frog jump on the busy road.
