Demetrius Smith, a former tour manager to Robert Kelly testified on Friday that he paid $500 bribe to a government worker to get the singer Aaliyah a fake identification card.
Smith confessed openly that he took the action for Kelly to marry the singer when she was allegedly pregnant at 15 years old.
