Singer Aituaje Iruobe, known professionally as Waje, on Sunday revealed how God visited her through a movie.
Waje, who shared her encounter with God on Twitter, said she woke up feeling down and didn’t want to go to church or listen to a sermon. Instead, she decided to watch a movie and laze around.
Little did she know that God was truly listening and as usual is always right on time.
She wrote,
I have something to tell you. woke up feeling really anxious and unsatisfied then I turned on the tv to watch a movie just cause I wasn’t even in the mood to listen to any preacher but God has a sense of humor. The movie I’m watching is exactly God speaking to me

Her post garnered a lot of reactions as people took to the platform to encourage her while some also shared their experience.
One Twitter user, @NseIkpe2, opined that God speaks through everything.
“God speaks to us through everything. I was staring at a mango tree just outside my window, the leaves had been cut off a month ago. This morning, I noticed they had started growing back. No situation is permanent.”
Another Twitter user, @love_ibanga while sharing her experience said that she once met a blind man who was coming from church and made up her mind to never skip church.
“Yes you’re right, I remembered one time I said I’d stop going to church, the same day, I saw a blind man trying to cross d road, so I reached out, asked him, sir, where are u coming from, he said church And he said, God always comes Tru for me, I can’t stop going to church.”
