A yet to be identified young lady in Sapele, Delta State has reportedly slit her ex-boyfriend’s neck with a razor blade for allegedly slapping her.
The victim who is currently in a hospital receiving medical attention was said to have broken up with the girl before the incident happened.
According to reports, the young man had already broken up with the girl but she still had interest in him. She was alleged to have gone as far as reporting him to his mother and sisters which made the victim angry, and he warned her not to report him to his family again.
The girl, however, insisted on repeating it and the boy threatened to slap her if she reports him to his family again, but the girl dared him and told him he can’t slap her. Challenged by her courage, he actually gave her a hot slap and in retaliation, she attacked him with a razor blade and slit his neck wide open.
The victim was quickly rushed to St. James Hospital, Amukpe for medical attention, while the current status of the girl is yet to be ascertained as to whether she has been arrested or not.
