Former Chairman of the House of Representatives Committee on Appropriations, Honourable Abdulmumin Jibrin, has been invited to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission office. He is billed to visit the anti-graft agency’s Abuja office on Tuesday.
Jibrin brandished a letter inviting him to the EFCC’s office on his twitter handle on Monday in a post captioned “Glimpse of Hope: Just received invitation from EFCC to make further clarification on budget fraud and corruption”.
The letter indicated that Jibrin was invited for another interview to help the agency conclude its investigation on a lingering petition of corrupt practices and abuse of office that Jibrin submitted against House of Reps members, Yakubu Dogara, Ado Degiwa, Yusuf Lasun and Leonard Ogor.
