The Hisbah in Kebbi State has banned sagging of trousers, stupid haircuts and other practices in the state.
This is contained in a notice issued by the Hisbah Committee Office of the Special Adviser on Religious Affairs.
The notice is signed by the executive chairman of Yauri Local Government, Bala Moh’d Yauri, and the chairman of the Hisbah Committee in Yauri Local Government, Shehu Ahmad Wali.
Below are the prohibited practices contained in the notice.
1. Sagging trousers
2. Stupid haircuts
3. P.E.S
4. Staying out late past 6 pm in the market to sell goods.
5. Carrying of two women on a motorcycle
6. Use of curved plates and bowls
7. Listening/dancing to music by D.J, Wasigidi
