Especially if you don’t speak any English and you are a not used to cellphones. That was the task a granny was faced with recently.
A video surfaced online recently showing a senior citizen trying to say happy birthday to someone over the phone. It was a tedious task. Despite all the efforts of an unseen tutor, it was hard for the granny to pull the birthday greeting off.
