Thibaut Courtois has finally completed his desired move to Real Madrid, leaving Chelsea after four seasons of Premier League football.
The move was already expected after Chelsea signed Kepa Arrizabalaga in a world-record deal.
Thibaut Courtois is now officially a Real Madrid player, with Mateo Kovacic joining the Blues on a season-long loan.

Courtois posted a farewell message to former club Chelsea through his Facebook accounts following his exit from Stamford Bridge on Wednesday night, only to later delete the post after it was targeted with abuse from angry fans.
Many Chelsea supporters took a dim view of the way that Courtois failed to report for training at the start of the week as he pushed for a move to Spain.

Having previously spent three seasons at Atletico Madrid, where he won La Liga, the Copa del Rey and the Europa League, Courtois’ move to rivals Real hasn’t been greeted well by fans of his former club.
