Delta State Governor, Sen Ifeanyi Okowa, on Tuesday, received the management of Petroleum Training Institute (PTI) Effurun, at the State Government House Asaba.
This was made known in the pictures shared by the aide to the Governor few minutes ago.
Also in attendance at the crucial meeting is the Governor’s Deputy, Barr Kingsley Otuaro and other vital stake holders in the state.
