Unknown gunmen have invaded the newly constructed Abia cattle market in Omumauzor in Ukwa West local area of Abia State.
According to The Nation, the attack occurred on Tuesday night.
Although there has been no statement from the state government of the police, an unspecified numbered of people were reportedly killed during the deadly attack.
As of the time of filing this report, security operatives have been deployed to the area to restore peace.
