Oyo State Governor, Abiola Ajimobi, on Wednesday, flagged off the construction of the ground-breaking of the Free Trade Zone in the state.
The governor, who made this feat known on his Twitter handle, @AAAjimobi; wrote: Holistically, this serves as our contribution to the injection of the much needed antidote for the recovery of the ailing national economy.
He said it is with great pleasure that he stood on the threshold of history as they jump start the industrial revolution of the state.
Governor Ajimobi also hinted that his administration is not just performing the ground-breaking of the Free Trade Zone, but also breaking new grounds in the industrialisation of the state.
