United States lady, Gorgeous Doll, who recently found herself in the midst of controversy after leaking an intimate photo of herself and Nigerian singer Davido, has broken her silence on the matter.

In a Live video, Gorgeous Doll clarified her relationship with Davido, stating, “I’ve known him for 4-5 years and we have a good relationship.”

She revealed that she works as a stylist for Davido whenever he is in Atlanta, emphasizing that their interactions were strictly professional.

Addressing the leaked photo, Gorgeous Doll explained that she posted an old photo of herself and Davido while intoxicated, without knowing that Davido was married. She emphasized that their relationship was purely platonic and had nothing to do with an affair.

“I didn’t know Davido was married, I just knew he had baby mamas…Anytime I was with him, it was because I was either styling him or helping with bookings for clubs in Atlanta,” she stated.

Gorgeous Doll expressed regret over the leaked photo, emphasizing that it was a mistake and that she never intended to cause harm. She emphasized that she and Davido are still friends and that he understands the situation.

“I don’t like how I’m being perceived because I’m not someone who would destroy somebody’s energy or post something embarrassing to hurt people’s feelings…We are still friends and he understands that I made a mistake,” she said.

The controversy arose after US model Bonita Maria shared an intimate photo of Gorgeous Doll with Davido, prompting criticism from netizens.

However, Gorgeous Doll clarified that she had no involvement in the photo and was merely trolling with a video of Davido crying.

The incident adds to a series of controversies surrounding Davido, including allegations of sexual encounters with multiple women, which surfaced last year.

Anita Brown, the most prominent of the accusers, claimed that Davido impregnated her. She shared purported love messages and videos, even launching attacks on Davido’s wife, Chioma.

Another woman, Ivana Bay, shared alleged correspondence about her pregnancy with Davido, while Kenyan socialite Pendo Stacy made similar claims, displaying Davido’s belongings as evidence.

Chisom accused Davido of coercing her into abortion, but later apologized, citing negative consequences of her accusation.
