Since the Governor of Kano State, Abdullahi Ganduje split the Kano Emirates a few weeks ago, he has not been seen in public with the Emir of Kano Muhammadu Sanusi.
The Governor and the Emir finally met at the Eid praying ground on Tuesday morning and they were seen exchanging pleasantries after the prayer.
Sanusi had led the Eid prayer at the praying ground.
Their public appearance is coming a few hours after the Kano anti-graft agency indicted the emirate under Sanusi of misappropriating N3.4billion.
WuzupNaija reports that the state’s anti-graft agency had also recommended the suspension of Sanusi as Emir pending the final outcome of the investigations.
