Foremost American singer and songwriter, Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson, known professionally as Katy Perry is officially engaged to Orlando Jonathan Blanchard Bloom, known as Orlando Bloom, an English actor.
It was an extra special Valentine’s Day for the couple as the pop star, 34, and actor, 42, got engaged.
Perry posted a close-up image of them surrounded by numerous heart-shaped balloons while showing off her unique flower-shaped diamond ring. The ring features a colourful pink jewel in the centre.
“Full Bloom,” she sweetly captioned the image, using a play on her husband-to-be name.
Bloom sharing the same image on his Instagram page captioned the adorable snap, “lifetimes.”
The duo got engaged on Valentine’s day and they shared their love story on social media.
Perry rose to fame in 2008 with the release of her second album, a pop-rock record titled One of the Boys, and its singles “I Kissed A Girl” and “Hot n Cold”.
