Nottingham Forest secured a historic victory over Manchester United for the first time in 29 years with a 2-1 win at the City Ground on Saturday.

The breakthrough came in the second half when Nicolas Dominguez, in tandem with compatriot Gonzalo Montiel, opened the scoring after a goalless first half.

Despite an initially uncomfortable performance by goalkeeper Matt Turner, he succumbed to pressure from Man Utd as he misplaced a pass, allowing Alejandro Garnacho to set up Marcus Rashford for the equalizer.

Turner later redeemed himself with a crucial save, and in a remarkable turn of events, Morgan Gibbs-White scored a fierce strike from the edge of the box just 17 seconds later, putting Forest in the lead.
