Remember Semah G. Weifur, the blind boy from Liberian who moved everyone to tears with his rendition of Nigeria singer, Flavour N’abania, iconic single, ‘Mama’, at a concert in 2017?

If yes, the boy now has a school for the blind opened in his honour by none other than Nigeria singer and multi-instrumentalist, Chinedu Okoli, better known by his stage name Flavour N’abania.

The 35-year-old musician shared a picture announcing the feat via an Instagram post on Monday.

“Semah’s School in Liberia ❤️ #schoolfortheblind,” he wrote.

The duo has been friends and family since 2017 when they met at a peace concert organized by Liberian singer, Juli Endee.

Flavour then featured him on ‘Most High,’ a gospel track off his fifth studio album, Ijele – The Traveler.

The ‘Oyi’ singer has since adopted the boy as a member of his family.
