There was mild pandemonium at the Onipanu area of Lagos State on Tuesday as a waste truck suddenly caught fire while on motion.
The driver of the truck identified as Peter Isong told WuzupNigeria that he didn’t know what triggered the fire.
He said
“We were going to work when my motor boys suddenly started shouting fire, fire.
“One passerby brought two fire extinguishers to quench the fire but it was not effective…“
The truck belongs to one Abdulgal waste company.
As of the time of this report, the Lagos fire service had not arrived the scene.
