Felaboration2020: Wizkid, 2baba, Joeboy, others to perform at virtual edition
The Felaboration music festival is set to stage its first-ever virtual edition with stars including Wizkid, Joeboy as well as living-legend, Innocent Idibia, aka 2Baba, set to perform, amongst other acts.
The 2020 edition tagged: ‘Fight to Finish, Fight to Win‘ is going to be a three-day event, beginning from the 15th to the 17 of October.
Felaboration, an annual music festival founded by Yeni Anikulapo-Kuti, commemorates the life and times of the late Afrobeat legend, Fela Anikulapo-Kuti, aka Abami Eda.
His sons Femi Kuti and Seun Kuti will also be joined by Falana Music, Bez, Niniola, Antibalas and WurlD at the virtual edition.

The event will be streamed online across several social media platforms including Zoom, Facebook and YouTube.
The event is billed to commence with a traditional symposium to examine topical issues affecting Africa.
Those expected to speak at the symposium include Arikana Chihombori, the former permanent representative to the African Union Mission in Washington DC, Kweku Mandela and Dele Farotimi, lawyer and author.
The opening event, christened ‘Colomentality’, will be hosted by Vincent Magombe, a Ugandan media personality.
The event will also feature activities including ‘Dress like Fela Challenge’ festival which usually involves participants impersonating Fela Kuti with the winner expected to win a grand prize of N50,000.
