A man has been stabbed to death by one of his wives at their home in Dirdue, Adamawa State.
According to online reports, Adamu Dewa was stabbed by his first wife of 20 years, Hauwa, while he was trying to separate her fight with her rival.
A witness, Abdulrahman Njidda Yebb, said that Hauwa, a mother of five, had always threatened Adamu with death on several occasions, accusing him of favouritism and unequal treatment between her and the second wife.
