Operatives of the Rivers State Police Command said they have apprehended one Erekeere Daniel, for allegedly raping his neighbour’s 20-year-old daughter.
The incident is said to have occurred in Luegbo Beeri community in the Khana Local Government Area of Rivers State.
A source in the community said that the father of two, broke into the home of his female neighbour while she was away, on the pretence of looking for a wheelbarrow to hire, and raped her daughter.
