Fans react as Woli Agba goes blonde for new movie ‘Dark Light’

Comic star and Instagram skit maker, Ayo Ajewole, popularly known as Woli Agba, has come under heavy criticism over his new hairstyle.

Spotting a blonde hair tinted with a touch of pink, the comedian announced on his official Facebook page that he has changed his look to fit a radical character in his new movie.

The film, which is due to be released on April 15, is entitled “Dark Light.”

Woli Agba wrote, ““MOVIE” MOVIE” this is a MOVIE.

“The title is “Dark Light” Release date is April 15,2022 “GOOD FRIDAY”.

“Abi, how else can I spell movie to my fellow brothers and sisters? You really need to see what is DARK about the LIGHT.”

The sight of his new hairstyle, however, generated mixed reactions among his 1.5 million followers on Facebook.

One of the fans who frowned at his new look, Akinmeyi Funke, declared that he still has some lessons to learn from other Christian actors and filmmakers such as Evangelist Mike Bamiloye.

“Did Mike bamiloye do his hair like this?can u tell me d yrs ,Mike has been acting, continue deceiving urself,u hear…”

A graphic designer, Olaniyi Ogunmuyiwa, lashed out.

“I am one of your lovers and fan.I strongly detest your dressing like a woman….an abomination according to the Bible,” he said.

Another fan, Ayinla Mubaraq, expressed shock. “This is surprising ooooo”

George Onifade Babs’Layo, on his part, said he suspected something sinister that the actor is not telling his fans.

“Something fishy is going on.. shey your own go be Zuuza gben..?” he said.

Ogunnika Abosede RoyalPriesthood disclosed that “It’s the expression for me😁”

However, for all the negative review he got, there were quite a handful of loyal fans who praised his craft and versatility.

A certain Funmilola Akano lauded him, saying “O ga @ Woli agba… this movie is fantastically fantastic oooo… can’t wait to watch”

Prince D Light wrote, “Multi-talented Daddy, My Role Model. Forever Higher I pray Daddy💝💝”

An Ibadan-based fashion designer, Mariam Moradeyo, also exclaimed “Dad the senior brother to portable omolalomi”
