Cameroonians and football fans worldwide are praying for former Indomitable Lions captain, Rigobert Song.
The former Liverpool defender and uncle of Arsenal, West Ham and Charlton midfielder Alex suffered a stroke on Monday.
The 40-year-old head coach of Chad’s senior national team is currently in a critical condition after suffering from cerebral aneurysm.
Cameroonians and the football world have taken to social media to show their support for the year 2000 Olympics men’s football gold medalist.
Fellow countryman Samuel Eto posted a picture of Song with the caption ‘I wish you a lot of courage and a speedy recovery big brother!’
Liverpool FC were also quick to support their former defender.
