Spanish midfielder, Francesc Fabregas, has yet again shown why he remains one of the best players in his position as he led a counter attack and scored a beautiful goal to put his team ahead before half time.
Chelsea are presently taking on Sunderland at the Stadium of Light and the former Arsenal skipper got the nod of his coach, Antonio Conte, to start the game in midfield.
He has therefore repaid the manager’s faith in him by scoring the opening goal of the game at the stroke of 40 minutes off a Willian assist.
This match of the ex-Barcelona star’s third consecutive game for the Blues this season, after being initially frozen out of the squad and made to train and play with the club’s youth team.
But Chelsea fans and supporters on social media believe their number four oozes of magic with his weekly performance in the colours of the club.
Fabregas once again proved how great and valuable player he is. Fabregas is magic! #SUNCHE #CFC

Fàbregas leads a counter, feeds Willian out wide & runs onto the Brazilian’s well-weighted pass to slot into the bottom corner. 0-1. #CFC pic.twitter.com/Go2zmr8xMN

Fabregas’ passes from the back are unreal. Perfectly weighted. I could watch them on a loop all day.
