Former head coach of Katsina United, Tony Bolus, is preparing to initiate legal proceedings against the club over a contractual disagreement that led to the termination of his contract.
The parting of ways between Bolus and Katsina United resulted from a dispute between the two parties.
Bolus has officially informed the African Coaches Connect about what he perceives as the unlawful termination of his contract.
The ACC has conveyed its willingness to conduct a thorough examination of the situation. Eldred Sunju-Abbey, the President of ACC, stated, “Our commitment is to conduct a comprehensive review of the situation, considering all relevant factors and information.”
He further added, “Our legal and advocacy team will work diligently to gather the necessary details and will keep all concerned parties informed.”
During Bolus’s tenure, the Chanji Boys achieved three wins, four draws, and four defeats in 11 games. Following Bolus’s departure, the club has appointed Bala Abubakar as his successor.
