Nigerian singer, Peter Okoye, aka Mr P, has come under fire after he stated that they would effortlessly sell out the O2 Arena if they decide to have a concert in London with or without new songs.

This comes following speculation that DMW boss and Nigerian singer, David Adeleke, aka Davido, didn't sell out the London O2 Arena as earlier announced.

In a tweet on Tuesday, Mr P said; “We don’t need to shut down O2. We are only going to close it down; with or without new songs! Legend is Legend.”

While some others agreed with his tweet, some others lambasted him for being 'petty'.

@Ziniiex said; "Dear PSquare, I genuinely love you guys and no doubt you guys are legends but can you people like do things a little more classy & not tweet or make statements that sound like jealousy or trying very hard to copy. You guys could have subtly teased performances, gauge your fans.
