Rapper Jay Z wins six years cologne lawsuit

American rapper, Shawn Corey Carter, known professionally as Jay-Z, has been cleared by a Manhattan jury in a lawsuit that claimed he breached an endorsement deal for a “Gold Jay-Z” cologne brand, allowing the superstar to avoid payment of $67 million damages.

He was accused of breaching the deal by failing to properly promote the cologne brand.
