Kanye West secures N23.5bn new Malibu home just 30 minutes away from ex Kim Kardashian’s property
American rapper and fashion designer, Kanye West has splashed N23.5 billion ($57.3m) on a new home in Malibu.
According to TMZ, the house on the beach is rare, having been designed by a top Japanese architect.
The house in Malibu, California, which was put on sale in 2020 for $75 million, seems to have gotten a even better deal.
