Dancer and singer, Korra Obidi, has blasted people sending her direct messages to quit social media.

In an Instagram video on Wednesday, Korra urged them to steer clear of her page if they thought her being on social media was all a game.

While admitting the days have been difficult, the dancer said, “All of you saying leave social media during this period… do you know that social media pays me…leave social media then how will my children eat…..do you think I have the luxury of doing that.. you think it’s fun and games.

“Don’t just let me lash out on you.

“Not everybody is fun and games on social media, some people get paid from being here.

“And now more than ever I cannot afford to be off social media.

Her statement comes after her estranged husband, Dr Justin Dean announced on his page that though getting a divorce is the “hardest decision of his life” he was keen on getting it.
