2face manager told me this media trial's not about me, Pero speaks on singer's infidelity saga
Pero Adeniyi

Pero Adeniyi, baby mama of popular singer 2Face Idibia, on Saturday opened up on the alleged report that she was behind the lingering crisis rocking the artiste's family.

Pero claimed that she woke up to see calls and trending social media reports that 2baba absconded to the United States to stay with her under the guise of seeing his children.

She noted that the reason that she kept quiet for that long was because the singer's manager reassured her that the image smearing campaign launched on social media was not about her.

Recall that WuzupNigeria reported how Annie Idibia had called him out for cheating on her with his baby mamas, Pero, when he travelled.

According to Annie, 2Baba used his kids as an excuse to sleep with Pero in the same room.

A pensive-looking Pero, who broke her silence on the issue in an interview with blogger Stella Dimokokorkus, explained that she only heard 2baba flew to America but never met him.

She also swore that she was with her boyfriend at the time the report went viral.

This is just as she admitted that she received lots of phone calls from people close to her to confirm if the rumour was true.

Stella had asked: "Did Tuface run off to America to stay with you?

In response, Pero said; "I heard he came to America in August but we didn’t see. it’s not every time he comes to America that we see. His brother lives there, so it’s possible that he may have gone there to stay with him…

"My boyfriend was even with me the last time I heard Tuface was supposed to be with me and I was quite shocked and wondered if there are two Peros.

"When that story broke, O got so many calls that woke me up that I had to make calls to find out what was wrong and I called his manager and he told me ”Pero this is not about you”…

"If it was not about me, why is my name mentioned?
